BCI MOOT COURT COMPETITION 2011

Dear Sir/Madam,

                   This is to inform you that after considering the difficulties appraised by the Universities, students and the request from various quarters, the Bar council of India Trust has decided to extend the date of registration of teams for the 1st Bar Council of India International Moot Court Competition 2011 from 31st December to 31st January 2011.

The Bar Council of India has further decided to extend the last date for submission of Memorial from 20th January 2011 to 4th February 2011. Therefore, the participating teams are requested to send their memorial on or before 4th of February 2011 by e-mail and the hard copy of the same to be submitted at the time of registration of teams at School of Law, KIIT University on 9th February 2011.

             You are advised to reach Bhubaneswar at Odisha by afternoon of the 9th  February 2011.  Inauguration of the Moot Court Competition shall take place on Wednesday the 9th February -2011 at 5.00 PM in the University Campus. The inaugural function will be followed by draw of lots. It is further informed that your boarding and lodging will be taken care of from 9th to 12th February 2011.

Reception centre will be set up from 8th February 2011 onwards at the Bhubaneswar Railway Station/ Airport for the assistance of participating Teams. The volunteers at the reception centre will commute you to the place where your accommodation has been arranged. Since it is winter season the participants are advised to bring woolen clothes with them as required.
