99th Indian Science Congress a Grand Success in KIIT Bhubaneswar

Today the inauguration of the 99th Indian Science congress in our KIIT University was a grand success. Prime Minister of India Dr. Manmohan Singh, Cabinet Minister Vilas Rao Desh Mukh including C M of Orisaa Mr. Naveen Pattnaik and other speakers spoke well. Technical sessions are also going well in which around 15 thousand delegates are participating including 10 Noble Laureates are delivering lectures on their different expertise areas of Science and Technology. Imminent scientists were awarded for their contribution to society including the Founder of KIIT and KISS Dr. Achyuta Samantha and Vice Chancellor of KIIT Prof. A.S Kolaskar.

There are different parallel sessions including childrens science congress and women's science congress which will be attended by different stalwarts including Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Ex President of India, Cabinet Minister Mr.Kapil Sibbal and CM of Delhi Ms Sheila Dixit.
